PA: 3 of 5 | 3 Different Layouts for a Custom SP Form – Best PowerApps Tutorial for Beginners

In the previous video we created custom screens for our custom SharePoint form, in this video we will take advantage of that screen separation.

Since they are three different screens (view, edit, new) we can do tricks as in, only show certain fields for New entries and hide others; change the layout for view .vs edit; and many others.

We will also fix the issue we are having with the “Photo” column. As you saw in the previous video, we are unable to edit the photo column within PowerApps. I am not sure if this is a miss from the PowerApps team, or by design…either way, we solve this issue in this video.

Oh yeah, towards the end of this video, I show you have you can change the form size for your PowerApp form; we are not stuck with mobile phone
