A begginer is most likely to go for WordPress for its simplicity and for the way it can be modified using plugins with Just a click. But is is important that you use the Plugins with great care as they can drastically affect the way your site functions. For an intermediate, Joomla is the option as it lies in-between WordPress and Drupal in the way it functions and the way it can be used.  And Drupal of course is the best deal for a professional and advanced users or you can hire a professional to make the site really worth visiting and increase your traffic count.
