welcome back ! Based on a viewer question I show you how you can Speed Up/Slow Down Part of a Video. Normally when you apply a filter or effect or even speed up /slow down a video the operation is applied to the entire clip. To speed up part of a video you need to create create a copy of the clip,, speed up the copy, edit it and then add it to your main project.
